Mr. Trivedi is the Chief Operating Officer for ESS Tech, Inc. with 30+ years of experience across energy, renewables, and semiconductors. He is exceptionally skilled at scaling high volume manufacturing of complex products, building high-performing teams, managing global supply chains for critical materials, and delivering operational excellence end to end. A prolific inventor with 150+ patents, he combines deep technical fluency with disciplined business execution to accelerate product launches, optimize cost structures, and drive profitable growth.

At ESS, Mr. Trivedi leads operations strategy and execution, with a focus on industrializing breakthrough energy technologies, securing resilient supply chains, and delivering reliable, cost-effective products at scale. His mission-driven leadership and systems thinking will be instrumental as ESS accelerates its strategic pivot to the Energy Base, ensuring we meet our evolving needs and drive sustainable growth.

Prior to ESS, Mr. Trivedi held senior leadership roles at category-defining companies including Electric Hydrogen, First Solar, and Micron Technology. He holds an MS in Electrical Engineering and an MBA, and has completed executive programs at Harvard Law School, Stanford Graduate School of Business, and MIT Professional Education.
