Paul Notti

Paul leads sales and business development for ESS Tech, Inc. and has been driving customer solutions since 2021. In clean energy and energy conservation for most of his career, Paul began as a Program Manager for Honeywell Utility Solutions leading demand side management programs for utilities across the western United States.

As a customer focused leader, Paul helped Pacific Gas and Electric win a State of California “Flex your Power Award” in 2008 for its innovative hotel / motel energy conservation program. He also helped transform Honeywell’s utility business, designing and winning a DOE ARRA grant for automated demand response deployment for commercial buildings focused on So Cal Edison customers.

Paul has provided sales leadership for several cleantech companies, including leading sales integration and go to market strategy for Itron’s Distributed Energy Management group, focusing on smart grid solution to help utilities implement VPP’s and Non-Wires alternatives with Itron technology.

Paul has a Bachelor of Arts from University of California at Santa Barbara.

Paul lives in Portland, Oregon, has two kids and dog. He volunteers at the Oregon Humane Society.
