ESS Inc. exhibits and speaks at Intersolar / ees NA 2018
ESS Inc. exhibited at the annual Intersolar and ees NA 2018 tradeshow in San Francisco July 10-12. CEO Craig Evans made the case for the Energy Warehouse as a viable and more cost effective battery solution in the long run to lithium-ion during a speaking session Wednesday.
In the news…
The approximately $1.3 million project will be funded in part by a grant from the U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) through a Pacto Energia S.A. subsidiary, Pacto GD. The goal is to prove the value of energy-shifting using the ESS Energy Warehouse with solar PV, potentially leading to future, larger-capacity projects.
Volume 15 of PV Tech Power from Solar Media hit the virtual shelves in June – and the quarterly technical journal spoke with ESS Inc. to inform its research on manufacturer-evangelists in flow energy storage. Download the report from the PV Tech site.
